In 1985, Dale and Marianne Donaldson started sprouting barley grass to supplement their livestock feed. After years of perfecting the sprouting process, people started asking for sprouted grains for their own use.
Over the years, local bakeries, manufacturers and retailers asked for sprouted grains for many food applications. As a result, we expanded to Seaforth, Ontario to meet the growing demand.
