Founded in 1985, Husband and Wife team Dale and Marianne started sprouting barley grass to provide a year round source of fresh grass for their ducks and geese on their farm in rural Ontario, Canada.
Shortly after purchasing their first hydroponic unit, people started requesting sprouted barley grass juice for their own use. One thing led to another and slowly over the years local bakeries and individuals started seeking out sprouted grains for a variety of food applications. They expanded their business to Seaforth, Ontario to meet the growing demand for sprouted grains for bakery and food manufacturing use.
A GROWING TEAM
Along with the second generation of Donaldsons and a growing production team, Everspring Farms currently operates 2 sprouting facilities in the beautiful town of Seaforth, Ontario.
One facility is dedicated to grains containing gluten, and the other dedicated for allergen free production.
