2 bunches of spinach
1 bunch mint leaves
½ peeled cucumber
1 cup fresh pineapple
1 cup frozen pineapple/peach/mango
2 large ripe pears
2 cups water
1 oz. Everspring organic barley grass juice
Optional: 1 tbsp SmartGrain/Everspring sprouted flax
 
 
 
Sea Buckthorn Carrot Strawberry Smoothie

1½ cups frozen strawberries
2 bananas
½ cup carrots (baby or chopped up)
⅔ cup yogurt
½ cup milk/soy/almond milk
1 tablespoon honey
1-2 oz Everspring sea buckthorn juice
Optional: 1 tbsp SmartGrain/Everspring sprouted flax
