Duck & Goose
Ducks and geese have been a passion at Everspring Farms for over 20 years. Co-founders Dale and Marianne Donaldson started the operation as a hobby with a flock of 200 geese in 1985. Today, Everspring has an alliance with a network of breeder farms and growing operations to produce geese and ducks of several breeds in a natural yet bio-secure environment.
Geese and ducks are very healthy and disease resistant. This along with a natural diet containing probiotics, such as Bio-Lac and kelp meal, has resulted in a very healthy and highly nutritious meat product.
Key to Everspring's operation is its own processing plant employing 20 people and supplying products throughout Ontario to restaurants, food stores, fresh markets and other supply chain purveyors. Everspring has become the main goose supplier in Ontario and the most versatile source of both Pekin and Muscovy duck products for backyard grills for fine dining cuisine.
